Today is Talk Like a Pirate day and I have no one to enjoy it with.

I don't have to be at work until 12:30 so I am researching stuff for my depression talk, catching up on emails and figuring out when Daylight Saving ends (it's not the long weekend).

This morning I got a piece of spam advertising “redemptive binoculars”. Could be quite a useful little device ...

You guys are awesome! smile Thank you for sharing Talk Like a Pirate day with me!!!

I know that but some false teachers were leading me astray with reports that it would be on the long weekend.

oooh! I saw what I thought was a “talk like a pirate” shirt at Chocolart in Randwick last night! It had no words on it. It was a yellow shirt, with a pirate and a man in a business suit sharing a common speech bubble. Inside the speech bubble was a skull and crossbones smile Too cool!

Daylight saving (in Australia) starts 29/10/2006 and finishes 25/03/06 according to the ABC site
