- It didn't rain during our carols (though it did sprinkle a little and we had to cover the equipment with picnic blankets. Plus the PA cut out halfway through the last song but it was the last song so it didn't really matter).
- So many of my friends from UNSW are starting MTS in the next two years.
- Our car (Shamgar) didn't break down in the middle of NTE (National Training Event), and though it gave us problems yesterday, we still got up to Sydney and back.
- God is teaching Ben and me more about marriage and how it works.
- We have not run out of money this year, our first year of MTS.
- God is changing me to become more like Jesus from the inside out (even though I don't look like him yet!)

Chances are that he had a beard—it sounds like most men did back then. But when did I insinuate that Jesus was white?
