Poor Shamgar's really sick! Ben put him in for a service at the Toyota place yesterday and they say he needs a new engine. It's going to cost between $2500 and $3000. Not sure what to do. Need to trust God and be less of a chronic worrier.Posted in:

Yes ... ah well, can’t complain since we got the car for free!
Friends of ours have suggested getting a secondhand engine cheaper so hopefully something will work out but it’s amazing how much time and money is getting put into our car.
Cars are so expensive to maintain aren’t they! We have decided to sell ours soon and go car-less for that very reason. It’s going to be hard, even though we live in Hobart and most things are relatively close. I hope you guys can find a good, cheap solution.
