Well, I have started my blog redesign and, at the moment, it's pretty slow-going. And it's not live so, no, you can't see it. I'm aiming higher and my CSS is very rusty (plus not every browser renders width/padding/margins in the same way which is driving me slightly crazy). I'm trying to use stuff from the Japanese Garden and Lotus designs. I've also made things massively hard for myself by desiring overlapping divs like Zunflower.
On top of all that, I'm trying to teach myself Photoshop which is something I've wanted to do ever since I started working in Wollongong and was allowed to have it installed on my work machine. I've made a couple of graphics with it already but I keep having to start again from the beginning because I keep messing up and forgetting how to do things that I've just done. But I'm slowly getting better—today I mastered the art of making gradients (including fades to white/transparency), I can rotate images and cut them out of their existing backgrounds.
In other news, my bag is coming alone nicely—I've finished all the bits and sewed on the handles. However, my mother says I must line it. I found some instructions on lining it so I'll have to give it a go when I get a chance to go to Spotlight again to get supplies ...

Redesign sounds cool - those overlapping divs are sweet! Let us know when it goes live.
P.S. Are you going to be at Ignite! this Saturday?
Ben is going to both afternoon sessions. Me and the girls on staff are just going to the 4 pm session. We thought we’d come dressed as goths/creative arts students. So we’ll all probably look quite amusing!
Might see you there!
Yay! I’ll keep an eye out for you! Must remember to bring my camera =)
