With strata management, you have to write them a letter detailing all your problems. You need to ask for more than you expect to get. Then you wait for a reply. If they don’t give you what you asked for, you drop a few items off the list and ask them again saying you made concessions and will not ask for everything, but hope there will be cooperation in this matter and that you want a win-win situation between yourself and strata management and hope it works out. Ahh the tricks of persuasion.
If things don’t work out - you take the matter to the rental board people.
